6 High Street Statement Necklaces You’ll Love

Working in the media industry, means a pretty relaxed work wardrobe which can be a real godsend on days when we’re struggling to get out of the house on time.

Sometimes I’ll wear jeans and a nice blouse or jumper….but then on other days I feel like dressing up, so I’ll go all out and wear a skirt or dress.

However…..whatever outfit I choose, the one thing I like to have on is a good statement necklace.

I love them!  I think they can completely transform an outfit and instantly add a spot of glamour….and we all love a bit of glamour! 😉

If you’re anything like me, you don’t have a big budget for clothes.  Once us mums have shelled out each month for child care fees, food, school trips, birthday presents etc. our purses are empty!

However a statement necklace is a cost effective way to give your clothes a bit of a make-over without actually buying any new clothes.

You don’t spend a lot of money in fact I rarely spend more than £10-£15.

Here are some of my favourite statement necklaces from my personal jewelry collection.  These all cost under £15 and I usually find them in places like; Oasis, H&M, Next, Primark and Dorothy Perkins.

I think all mums deserve to feel fabulous so I’ve had a good scout round on-line and picked out 6 statement necklaces for you that are available to buy on-line on the high now.

These pieces are sure to add a little va-va-voom to any outfit!

Love Toria

You wear these necklaces so well! I love the Marrakesh one from Accessorize, in fact I have some earrings in that design with the turquoise and it’s one of my favourites. Such a great idea to glam up a more casual outfit – I need to do this as I have a very dark colours/boring wardrobe at the moment..Thanks for linking up to #dreamteam xx

Tomorrow I am popping into town to do some kids stuff and I’m also going to drop by accessorize to treat myself to that Marrkesh necklace! I’m totally up for re-styling but have been putting it off until I loose the baby weight which I have but still have a way to go to where I’m happy. And so I wasn’t buying anything new… But I’m all up for the statement. Thank you for the inspiration. #TwinklyTuesday
